Elizabeth's legend is well known here in Chillicothe Ohio
Legend says a woman named Elizabeth (last name unknown) Had a husband that passed away.
She inherited all of her husbands land, now here is where the story strays two ways:
One version says men back then did not like the fact Elizabeth had all this land so they hung her from the tree
Another version of the story says Elizabeth hung herself from a broken heart because her husband has died.
We found two stones that belonged to women named Elizabeth The one a lot of folks think is the famous Elizabeth passed before her husband so its not hers, The other was from a 70 yr old woman, But there are 13 Elizabeth's buried here according to records, But a lot of the stones are gone There is a pile of stones in the woods behind the graveyard but not as many as there should be, Now speaking of the pile of stones in the woods there was the famous Elizabeth stone along with 3 other stones set around in a circle with a fresh fire pit there! Makes be so mad they used those stones as benches so they could party! From there we decided to turn on the oviulis (which is a word generator) it only said 2 words Gettysburg and flames.
So then we turned on the E.M.F meter the only spikes we got was over the famous Elizabeth's grave, Now from research I have done witches do rituals there so maybe they casted out on this stone which may be the reason it had a high reading,
We then proceeded to try to communicate through the dowsing rods. I asked very emotion questions to Elizabeth such as were you murdered or did u hang yourself, they crossed at did you hang yourself, Then something threw a pop can in our direction.
